mending

For students and staff of ICL, RCA, RCM and LSE who have mindfulness meditation experience and who have a strong interest in sustainability, learning ways to mend their clothes.  

We are going to do a bit of mindfulness meditation, some mindfulness stretches and eye yoga. We are also exploring mindfulness stitching and mending using embroidery frames, Japanese Sashiko technique and speed weave mini looms. No previous experience in stitching or weaving required.
