This workshop will equip you with the tools to creatively explore a problem from the point of view of users and stakeholders.
Working in teams, you will dig into one of four suggested challenges. Having gained an understanding of their stakeholders’ pain points, you will take part in creative problem-focused ideation to come up with a suggested solution to the challenge and will complete an idea canvas.
Expect highly interactive and group-based learning.
