WE Innovate is an annual pre-accelerator supporting women-led startups. It nurtures female founders to validate their business idea and progress each component of their venture.

The programme concludes with a Grand Final where our top teams will vie for a share of the £30,000 prize fund! The five startups who will be pitching live on the night are:

aiKNIT – a programmable textile device that facilitates faster and more effective healing of musculoskeletal conditions, designed to look like a fashion garment

Aloe Health – a digital assessment tool and wellbeing resource that empowers parents to take control of their mental health

Carbon Cell – a non-toxic, fully biodegradable foam created from waste products that aims to make expanded polystyrene a thing of the past

Guerrilla – a pollution capturing mechanism that fits inside roadside drains, preventing pollutants from entering our water systems

Matrix – a 21st century replacement for the speculum that is digitally enabled and designed for patient comfort and self-use in a clinical setting

Delegates will meet the impressive female founders behind these innovations and hear them persuade the judges that they have what it takes to scale their ventures. Following the awards announcements, there will be networking over delicious refreshments.
