Zen Yoga developed from the introduction of Hatha Yoga in the Japanese context and focuses on the development of mindfulness, alignment and energetics in our bodies. This gentle but powerful type of yoga is accessible to everybody.
In this session, we will practice movement, asanas (postures) and breathwork that help us be aware and optimise our energy levels. We will experience how yoga can help us refresh and re-energise ourselves, but also unwind and relax when we need to.
Wear comfy clothes to move freely, we will provide the mats.
