Zen Yoga developed from the introduction of Hatha Yoga in the Japanese context and focuses on the development of mindfulness, alignment and energetics in our bodies. This gentle but powerful type of yoga is accessible to everybody. 

In this session, we will practice movement, asanas (postures) and breathwork that help us attune to the summertime. We will be enhancing the functions in our body that support us in the warmest season, such as being able to cool down when it’s too hot. 

Wear comfy clothes to move freely, we will provide the mats.
