To celebrate Back Care Awareness Week, Move Imperial are hosting a free online session delivered by Karen@Fit2RelaxLondon. Leading sedentary lives and sitting for long periods of time can cause and / or exacerbate back pain issues and sciatica. In this session, learn the common causes of back pain and sciatica and find out how you can use gentle movement, stretching and physical activity to manage and help alleviate pain and discomfort.
You don’t need any equipment to participate in the session and if you would like to try the exercises, these can easily be done whilst at your desk. You are also welcome to tune in and listen without trying the exercises.
