Join us for this Nutrition workshop focussed on fuelling your body to increase and sustain energy levels. Led by Registered Dietitian Clementine from Third Sister, learn which foods can help to fuel you for longer and enable you to maintain a healthier lifestyle so you can work more effectively in the workplace and/or your studies! The workshop will include easy tips you can adopt quickly to put your learning into practice. The workshop will include a Q&A at the end and Clementine is happy to answer any questions on healthy eating.
