This informative workshop will give participants an understanding of hormonal fluctuations across the cycle and how these natural shifts influence energy, mood, cognition, and physical performance.
We will explore common symptoms experienced throughout different phases of the cycle and, most importantly, evidence-informed strategies to help mitigate them. Topics include:
- Energy Levels: Why energy rises and falls across the cycle and how to plan work and life accordingly.
- Work Capacity & Exercise Options: How to tailor training intensity, recovery, and movement styles to align with each phase.
- Nutrition, Hydration & Sleep Hygiene: Practical approaches to fuelling the body, supporting hormone balance, and improving sleep quality.
The workshop concludes with key take-home messages and actionable tools to help participants feel more empowered, informed, and confident in working with their cycle rather than against it.
After the session there will be an optional Q&A.
