Please note: Spaces for this competition are limited. To ensure fair access for schools across Greater London, we may need to cap the number of students from individual schools. Early registration is encouraged.

We are responsible for keeping the personal data we collect safe and secure. We will only collect the minimum information needed to organise and run the event safely.
We will only use the data for the following purposes: To manage your participation in the event. To ensure health, safety, and safeguarding during the event. To contact parents/guardians in case of emergency. We will not use the data for marketing, share it with third parties for commercial purposes, or use it for anything unrelated to the event.
We process this information under: Consent from a parent or guardian (for participants under 18) Legal obligation and safeguarding requirements to ensure participant safety.
Data will be stored securely and only accessible to authorised staff running the event. Data will not be transferred outside the UK. Data will be deleted securely after 30 days after the event, unless required for legal or safeguarding reasons
