Atlas will replace ICIS and some other systems (including Teamseer and Talentlink) in November 2026. This means everyone in Imperial will use Atlas in the future.
Our Lunch and Learn sessions will provide an opportunity for everyone across Imperial to see the new system. These sessions are designed to help you begin to understand what the new system will mean for you.
This session on Recruitment takes place on 20 May and will walk through key tasks to help you get the most out of the system. It will cover recruitment processes including raising a requisition, shortlisting, interviews, submitting offers, candidate onboarding and approvals. Our primary focus will be on PTO recruitment, though where the process differs for academic appointments, we will highlight this during the session.
