Atlas will replace ICIS and some other systems (including Teamseer and Talentlink) in November 2026. This means everyone in Imperial will use Atlas in the future.
Our Lunch and Learn sessions will provide an opportunity for everyone across Imperial to see the new system. These sessions are designed to help you begin to understand what the new system will mean for you.
This session on one-time payment and student funding processes will take place on 10 June and will walk through key front-end processes for staff to make financial requests, including:
- Student funding (bursary and internal tuition sponsorship requests)
- Supplier set-ups and One-time payments
- Customer set-ups and Sundry invoice requests
