gut

In this session we’ll deep dive into the gut. Discussing how it works and why we need to look after the delicate environment that allows our microbiome to thrive. We’ll explore the growing evidence behind the gut and its connection to multiple systems including the brain, fertility and immunity.

You will also receive tips on how to best look after your microbiome and the gut they call home through practical advice you can implement at home and what at-home stool tests can tell you and if they are worth it. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and debunk some myths.

The session will be recorded so if you cannot make it for the live session please register on the form and we will send you the recording.
