Join us for an intimate, evidence-based workshop exploring one of the most common digestive symptoms experienced by adults in the UK: bloating.
In this small-group session, we’ll take a deep dive into gut health, exploring the many possible causes of bloating and why symptoms can vary so widely from person to person. You’ll learn how to better identify your own symptom patterns, understand potential triggers, and gain practical insight into what your body may be telling you.
The session will include a 20-minute evidence-based Gut-Directed Hypnosis session designed specifically to support bloating management. Gut-Directed Hypnosis is a well-established, evidence-based intervention for disorders of gut–brain interaction, including IBS, and can be a powerful tool in supporting digestive health.
This session will be delivered by Clementine Vaughan, London-based HCPC-registered dietitian and the founder of Third Sister, a women’s nutrition practice. She holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Nutrition and a PG Dip in Dietetics from King’s College London, and has been a practising registered dietitian since 2017.
