Atlas will replace ICIS and some other systems (including Teamseer and Talentlink). This means everyone in Imperial will use Atlas in the future.
Our Lunch and Learn sessions will provide an opportunity for everyone across Imperial to see the new system. These sessions are designed to help you begin to understand what the new system will mean for you.
The next session will take place on 23 July and will showcase the new Project Staff Costing Tool within Atlas and the tool’s capabilities for project planning and management.
The tool combines people and project data to automatically calculate the costs of existing staff charged to a project, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. It also enables users to model and compare different staffing scenarios, providing insights to support future workforce and funding decisions.
Suitable for: staff in departments and faculties responsible for managing staff costs across research projects and other project types, including doctoral training awards, donations, and externally funded projects.
