Location
Rasoi is located on Level 1 of the Sherfield Building on South Kensington Campus, in the Queen's Tower Rooms. Please note that access is usually via the Sherfield Lobby, but when the QTR is being used for events keep your eyes peeled for signage pointing you to alternative entrances!
Named using the Hindi word for kitchen, Rasoi is the latest incarnation of your favourite Taste Imperial Indian street food.
Choose a main, a side of samosa, onion bhaji, naan, poppadum or salad alongside a refreshing drink, and get your fill of delicious curry.
All our delicious curries are cooked up by our very own Chef Suman, who's been cooking for nearly three decades and stirring up delicious curries for our Imperial community for years.
Born in Nepal, Suman trained for 11 years with an Indian curry chef, mastering his craft and creating his own perfect Tikka Masala and Dhal recipes.
He joined us in 2021 as a specialist curry chef, and is the man behind the delicious flavours you'll find at Rasoi.
