The Imperial International Phenome Training Centre (IIPTC) offers training in the techniques of both liquid-chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy in the field of metabonomics, metabolomics and metabolic profiling; the basics of LC-MS and NMR, and data analysis of large sample sets using statistical techniques such as PCA and O2-PLS.
For all IIPTC courses you will be provided with lunch and refreshments throughout the day, a welcome reception and a course dinner. Breakfast or evening meals are not provided.
Imperial College has links with many local hotels, details of which can be found on the College Accomodation page.

New Course Coming 2018
A new course to be announced later this year. It will be based on our very popular "Metabolic Phenotyping in Disease Diagnosis and Personalised Healthcare" lecture based course, which detailed an overview of metabolic phenotyping including the use of NMR spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry, with insights from the experts at Imperial College and collaborators from all over the world.
