Overview

The Agentic AI Programme from Imperial College London is a seven-week online agentic AI programme developed for professionals like you who want to turn agentic AI opportunities into scalable business outcomes. As organisations adopt increasingly autonomous AI systems, the programme equips you with the strategic frameworks and practical perspective to assess which workflows need agents, design agentic architectures and stress-test working multi-agent systems while evaluating AI autonomy, governance and deployment readiness.

Through faculty insights, practical exercises, real-world examples and a hands-on capstone project, you will leave with a stronger understanding of how to lead agentic AI initiatives and develop an Agentic AI Solution Blueprint.

Participants are not required to have a technical or coding background to benefit from the programme and its practical application of agentic AI.

Learning journey

The Agentic AI Programme comprises seven online modules that combine faculty insights, practical exercises, real-world examples and a cumulative capstone project. Together, the modules help you identify opportunities for agentic AI, define autonomy requirements, design first-release architectures, test agentic behaviour, assess pilot readiness and develop a strategy for responsible organisational scale.

Module1: Why Agentic AI- Now?
Module 2: From Generative to Agentic AI- Designing for Autonomy
Module 3: Architecting (Designing) Agentic Systems for Business Outcomes
Module 4: Orchestrating Your First Agentic Framework: From Agent to System
Module 5: Assessing Feasibility and Readiness
Module 6: From Pilot Agent to Scale
Module 7: Future of Agentic AI
