You will learn how to identify, measure and manage risks across both financial and non-financial risk categories, including climate and information risks. Day 1 focuses on laying a solid foundation, starting with brief introductions, a course overview, and setting expectations for the programme. Participants explore the evolution of risk management, risk culture, enterprise risk management, and the role of governance in the risk process. The day concludes with the introduction of Learning Labs to identify key takeaways and personal risk leadership challenges.
