Our lab at South Kensington opened in March 2022. It is a working kitchen where students practise their science, medical and lab skills through cooking. The space is large and fully accessible, with screens and cameras for teaching. It is home to the Chemical, Biomedical and Medical Kitchen courses, and it hosts community and outreach events through the year.
