Dr Marina Kuimova receives prize from the Swiss Chemical Society
Dr Marina Kuimova
Dr Kuimova received the Grammaticakis Neumann prize of the Swiss Chemical Society at the Autumn Meeting of the SCS at the EPF Lausanne. She delivered the prize lecture at the meeting on the 9th September.
The Grammaticakis-Neumann Prize is awarded to a promising young scientist younger than 40 for outstanding independent research in photochemistry, photophysics or molecular photobiology. At the time of the award the candidate may not be a tenured professor or a person in a higher position in industry.
Dr Kuimova has been awarded Grammaticakis-Neumann Prize for innovative use of photophysical techniques to make in site measurements in living cells.
