Sanha Lee

Co-author on paper

Sanha Lee carried out his UROP project in the group of Prof. Fernando Bresme working on the non-equilibrium computer simulations of magnesite crystals, in order to understand pathways for mechanical deformation of carbonate biogenic materials. Sanha worked closely with Goran Brekke Svaland, PhD student in the group.  Sanha was the co-author on a paper which was accepted for publication in Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics.

Sanha Lee, Goran Brekke-Svaland and Fernando Bresme  ‘Plastic deformation and twinning mechanisms in magnesian calcites: a non-equilibrium computer simulation study’, Phys. Chem. Chem. Phys., 2018, DOI: 10.1039/C7CP06924C

Sanha is now completing his MSci in Chemistry with Molecular Physics in the Department.
