It can be difficult to know where to start when looking for a UK-based employer willing to sponsor a visa. In a similar vein, applying to jobs internationally raises it’s own set of challenges. Luckily, you have access to two brilliant online resources through the Careers Service.

Student Circus

Student Circus is an online jobs board advertising full-time and internship skilled worker visa opportunities in the UK.  These listings are verified and always from employers who can sponsor international students. On the platform, you can also find expert, vetted advice from experienced immigration solicitors and access an Ignition Hub filled with panel events, workshops and blogs.

Student Circus is a third-party platform; it is not directly associated with Imperial College London. By signing up to Student Circus you are agreeing to their terms and conditionsprivacy policy and for your data to be kept on Student Circus’ database for four years.

GoinGlobal

GoinGlobal is an online database of localised career advice from around the world. Explore over 40 different country guides and 50 different city guides to learn how to find jobs, what sort of professional networks you could join and what the visa requirements are. The site also has internship and graduate job listings, and an extensive employer directory should you be interested in sending speculative applications.

As with Student Circus, be sure to read through GoinGlobal’s conditions of use and privacy policy before using the platform.
