What do Imperial graduates do?

Get inspired by our talented alumni community
When planning your future career, your mind might draw a complete blank. Don’t worry; you’re not the only one! One great way to find inspiration is by exploring what past students from your department are currently up to.
Every year, the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) releases the results from their Graduate Outcomes survey. Fifteen months after completing their studies, graduates are encouraged to answer questions about their current roles, employers and salary. This data is then compiled by individual universities and published to help prospective students choose a university or degree path and current students consider their employment options.
To check out what Imperial’s 2023 graduates are currently doing, head to our What do Imperial graduates do? webpage. The results are split by level of study and then by department. Please be aware that, due to a low quantity of responses, some data has been suppressed in order to protect the anonymity of the graduates that did complete the survey.
