In the Hamilton building

There is a teaching cluster of 44 computers on the first floor of the Hamilton building. These computers are available for students to use when the computer room is not being used for teaching. There is also a colour printer available in the teaching cluster room, and a black-and-white printer ICTavailable in the ground floor foyer of the Hamilton building.  Printing costs 4p / page for black-and-white and 12p / page for colour and operates via the ICT Print Service.

In the Library

There are 2 computers available for general use in the Michael Way Library.

Help and Support

IT help and support is provided at Silwood Park via Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). ICT provide a wealth of useful information on the ICT web site.

ICT have staff based at Silwood Park who provide local help and support.  To request help, please contact the ICT Service Desk in the first instance who will make sure you receive help from the most appropriate team in ICT. To contact the ICT Service Desk, email service.desk@imperial.ac.uk or call ext 49000.

Computer Equipment Disposal

Estates Facilities at Silwood Park handle disposal of computer and other electronic and electrical equipment in accordance with the WEEE regulations.
