About the Sports Awards
At Imperial, we're passionate about creating an active, ambitious and aspirational community where people have the opportunity to engage in sports at all levels. The annual Imperial Sports Awards highlights this commitment, offering our athletes the chance to get together and celebrate their achievements.
2026 Ceremony
This year's Sports Awards ceremony took place on 05 June 2026. The event was hosted by Nikki Dean, an accomplished broadcaster, international event host, and public speaking coach with over 20 years of live TV experience. Our special guest was Derek Redmond, a celebrated British sprinting legend, World and European 4x400m relay champion and former British 400m record holder. It was a night of celebration and joy for our Imperial Athletes who worked hard all year round and made their teams proud!
