About Me
I am currently pursuing an MSc in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management at Imperial College Business School. I graduated with a BSc degree in Information Systems and Technologies from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organisational Sciences. I worked at the Mihajlo Pupin Institute in the Science and Technology Policy Research Centre, where I was actively involved in EU-funded projects supporting female entrepreneurs in the post-COVID era and strengthening local circular ecosystems through advanced upcycling processes. I also led the STREAM IT project, which focuses on eliminating racial stereotypes in STEM education and empowering girls to pursue careers in STEM.
My Role Model - Sonja Pantic
My mother, Sonja Pantic (pictured with Adrijana on her graduation day), is an exceptional meteorological technician whose work goes far beyond routine data collection. She plays a vital role in safeguarding communities by providing accurate weather information that helps prevent disasters and save lives. Her unwavering dedication, attention to detail, and passion for science have not only shaped her career but also profoundly inspired me. Through her example, I have learned the importance of resilience, precision, and commitment to a greater purpose and qualities I strive to embody in my own journey. In addition to being very successful in her career and professional life, she is also a very dedicated and recognised mother and wife. By looking up to her and observing how she balances personal and professional life, I have learned a lot about organisation, time management, and handling responsibilities.
