I am a PhD student starting in September 2021. I received BEng degree in chemical engineering at University College London. Afterward, I studied for MSc degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering at Johns Hopkins University. My MSc research was about reaction-diffusion modelling in zeolite particles with Prof. Michael Tsapatsis. My research interests lie in the field of multiscale modelling of thrombolytic therapies for the treatment of ischemic stroke.

Biography

2021 - present

PhD in Chemical Engineering, Imperial College London

2019 - 2021

MSc degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering at Johns Hopkins University

2017 – 2019

Beng degree in chemical engineering at University College London

Research Interests

We aim to develop multi-physics thrombolysis models which incorporate the chemical reactions, blood flow and drugs transport.  It can simulate the fibrinolysis process at different scenarios and identify the key parameters which affect the recanalization process. The model will assist the development of thrombolysis drugs delivery and optimise the dose regimen for patients.
