Chi-Wei Chen received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2020. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the Graduate Institute of Electronics Engineering, Access IC Laboratory, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
He has been a visiting student since May 2025, with the ITP Lab, the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.
His research interests are in the areas of cooperative wireless communication including IRS-assisted and relay-assisted systems.

Ms. Yiqun Zhao received her B.S. degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Shanghai University, Shanghai, China, in 2021. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Statistics at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Since December 2025, she has been a visiting student with the Intelligent Transmission and Processing (ITP) Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London, London, U.K.
Her research interests primarily focus on the mathematical theory of semantic communication.
