Our quality assurance framework and procedures are a vital component in maintaining the integrity and overall quality of our provision.
The objectives of our quality assurance framework are to ensure that:
- We deliver provision which aligns with our strategic objectives.
- That our stakeholder needs are met.
- That our staff and non-staff resource is effectively deployed.
- That we embed a culture of continuous improvement through regular review and monitoring.
- That we are accountable and transparent, providing evidence of and commitment to high-quality provision.
