Internal Academy work is carried out by ECRI staff, over and above the regular scheduled ECRI provision for ECRs. Imperial Departments will be charged a fee for engaging in the programme and can request ECRI to provide:
- Off-the-Shelf Packages: delivery of our existing “off-the-shelf” courses, ringfenced for your cohort.
- Bespoke Development: design and delivery of tailored courses, built from scratch or customised for your specific audience.
- Block Booking: reserve places on our regular scheduled ECRI provision, free of charge for cohorts of ECRs, where logistically feasible. To request this, please complete the Block Booking Request Form.xlsx.
- Delivery for non-ECR cohorts (such as MSc students): is treated as external ECRI Academy work – please find more information here (link to the external page).
Criteria
- Please ensure your request is within ECRI’s scope/expertise – see more information about our programmes here.
- We are not normally able to service requests with less than four weeks’ notice.
- All request(s) are subject to ECRI Teaching Staff(s) availability.
- ECRI reserves the right to decline requests under any circumstances. We will let you know as quickly as we can if we are unable to meet your requirements.
- ECRI does not facilitate the delivery of existing off-the-shelf courses delivered by other services, such as the Careers Service or the Centre for Academic English. In these instances, the requester should contact the relevant services directly.
