Atlas will simplify and automate many of the People processes we use every day at Imperial, making them easier to complete and manage. TeamSeer and TalentLink will be retired and their functionality moved into Atlas.
Annual leave will be booked in hours rather than days, creating a more consistent approach across the university and new in-system journeys will provide step-by-step guidance for less frequent or more complex activities, such as onboarding, maternity leave, sickness absence and sabbaticals.
Recruitment will be faster and more efficient and be managed in-system, ensuring the right candidate is found quickly and improving the candidate experience.
