The Property Division plays a pivotal role in supporting Imperial’s 2030 ambitions, enabling scientific discovery, institutional growth and a world-class campus environment with a culture of belonging; spaces where people can pursue their purpose.
These spaces are designed for and shaped by our diverse community and reflect our core principles—the Four Cs:
- Capacity: Create teaching, learning, study and research environments to allow Imperial to remain a world leading university
- Carbon: Drive towards net zero carbon with energy-efficient and climate-resilient design and sustainable construction practices

In summer 2025, we launched a renewed vision - to create a modern, professional, and service-focused division that enables Imperial’s academic and research mission. This vision unites the Property Division and is aligned to Imperial’s Enabling Roadmap; our plan for working in partnership across the university to provide a great environment and great services to our staff and students.
