The Property Division is led by the Deputy Chief Property Officer (Operations) and is currently transforming to a new matrix operating model which will introduce a Centre of Expertise and three Operational Groups.

The division works closely with Imperial's Development Team, with the Director of Project Delivery, Director of Strategic Masterplanning and Director of Real Estate reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

    Sarah is responsible for the delivery of development and construction projects across Imperial’s campuses and for the management of our commercial real estate, including innovation buildings, postgraduate halls and private residential properties.     Deb is responsible for providing a strategic, helicopter view of our estates and identifying medium and long-term micro plans for each building. Working closely with other Property functions, Deb scopes and defines high-level concepts before transferring to operational teams for detailed design and execution.

    Brindha provides overall leadership for Imperial's Security & Community Safety team. In this role, Brindha holds overall responsibility for implementing the strategy designed to ensure the safety and security of our campuses and community, as well as embedding a security-first culture across the institution.
