The Property Division's Space & Building Information team help Imperial make the most of its physical spaces by matching needs with availability, maintaining accurate records, and offering expert guidance.

Specifically, we manage Imperial's space database and support departments with making decisions on modifying or releasing the space they use to undertake their work. We also work with development teams across the Property Division and third-party contractors involved with the construction or renovation of physical spaces, helping them calculate space requirements and providing layout advice. 

We also maintain an extensive archive of property-related information, including how space has been historically used and how our buildings have developed over time.
