The ICT Tech Bar is a drop-in space where staff can get practical, hands-on support for tech needs.
If the ICT Tech Bar is busy, staff can still contact the ICT Service Desk, as your issue may be resolved remotely.
ICT Tech Bar hours: 09:00 – 17:00
ICT Service Desk hours: 08:30 – 18:00

Temporary laptops
Staff can access laptops for temporary loan or events through a new shared service. By scanning your Imperial ID card at designated lockers, you can retrieve the next available laptop, configured as a shared device. As long as the device is connected to the network, users can log in with their credentials. To return a laptop, staff must scan their ID card again, which will open a locker for the return.
Whether you’re looking for informal meeting spots, individual pods or more formal rooms for presentations, there are plenty of options at the White City Hub.
Meeting room booking
Meeting rooms can be booked directly via Outlook. In order to avoid unused bookings, you'll need to check in to your meeting room booking when you arrive via the panel as you enter.
Room booking permissions are managed via team email distribution lists. Anyone listed on your team's distribution list can book meeting rooms, even if it's not their primary work location.
Pod booking
A small number of group pods are available to book through Microsoft Outlook. Individual pods and all other group pods are not available for advance booking. Instead, they can be reserved on the day by using the whiteboard located outside each pod.
