Empty communal desks at the School of Public Health at White City

In line with our Work Location Framework, many of Imperial's staff workspaces now utilise flexible desk booking. 

If applicable to your work location, you can book your desk up to one month in advance using the OfficeSpace web portal or mobile app.

When booking a desk, you can select your preferred start and end times. Once you've booked, a confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a check-in email at your chosen start time.

How to book a desk on OfficeSpace

1. Select Book Desk

Once logged in, select 'Book Desk' from the homepage or navigation menu

2. Choose your booking location

Choose the location of your desk booking. Only certain buildings and floors will be available and may vary depending on the team that you work in.

3. Choose your date and time

Select when you need your desk. You can generally book up to 30 days in advance, but each building will have its own rules on time restrictions.

4. Find available desks

Once you've selected 'find available desks', the floorplan will highlight available desks in green.

5. Confirm your booking

Select a desk from the available options and your booking will be confirmed. You should receive a confirmation email.

6. Check-in to your booking

Most locations will require you to check-in to your booking after you've arrived. If you don't check in within two hours, your booking may be released.
