The Faculty of Natural Sciences fundraising team seeks secures philanthropic support to help the Faculty’s five departments in their mission to face the greatest scientific challenges of our time.

We do this by connecting alumni, corporate funders and individual philanthropists with the Faculty of Natural Science’s research and the exciting initiatives led our community of scholars and academics.

We work closely with the Faculty to understand their priorities, and then work to match those with the interests and passions of our donors. We support academics to develop relationships with potential supporters of their work and facilitate the provision of additional support from the Advancement division, such as undertaking due diligence, publicising gifts and reporting on impact.

We ensure that donors who make a gift to the Faculty of Natural Sciences are properly acknowledged and are updated on the impact of their giving, as well as the latest initiatives, research and accomplishments in Natural Sciences.

Philanthropic support for the Faculty of Natural Sciences is propelling priority research from quantum technology to environmental management; drug discovery to planetary science. It is widening opportunities for the next generation of scientists and providing them with the skills, experience and confidence to take on the global challenges of tomorrow.
