Full-text paper and poster submissions for IEPC 2025 are open. Submission deadline now extended until Friday, 12 September, 23:59 BST.
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted are invited to submit their full papers or posters through the Oxford Abstracts submission portal.
Submission links can be found as "Call to Action" buttons on this page.
Full paper submissions
The official IEPC 2025 paper templates are now available for download in both Word and LaTeX formats. Please use the relevant "Download" buttons on this page to access the files.
Please ensure your paper is identified using the following naming format:
IEPC-2025-XXX (replace “XXX” with your Submission ID, using leading zeroes if fewer than 3 digits).
All full papers submitted and accepted into the program will be included in the online proceedings published on the Electric Rocket Propulsion Society (ERPS) website. Accordingly, all papers must be cleared for public release and approved for publication. A confirmation checkbox is included in the submission form for this purpose.
Regarding authorship rights:
The default copyright statement is:
"Copyright 2025 by the Electric Rocket Propulsion Society. All rights reserved."
This statement should appear at the bottom of the first page of the manuscript.
If an alternative copyright line is required (e.g., for government employees), authors are welcome to modify it appropriately.
Full papers must be submitted as PDF files through the Oxford Abstracts platform no later than 12 September 2025.
This deadline ensures that only complete and confirmed contributions are included in the final program and helps maintain the technical rigor of the conference.
Poster Submissions
Poster contributions should be prepared in A0 format (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm), portrait orientation.
Posters will be presented during the dedicated poster exhibition held at the “Night at the Museum” event, taking place in the evening of Monday, 15 September 2025, at the Natural History Museum.
All posters submitted and presented may be considered for the IEPC 2025 Best Poster Award.
(For more information, please visit the Best Poster Award page.)
To facilitate digital visibility and accessibility, posters must be uploaded on the Oxford Abstracts platform by 12 September 2025.
The uploaded files will be displayed in the conference poster gallery, which helps increase engagement and dissemination of your work beyond the physical session.
If you have any questions regarding submissions, please contact us at iepc2025@imperial.ac.uk. We will be happy to assist.
