Abstract

A system was built to give the business a fast and efficient way to communicate with our Technology teams across the globe. It allows for one point of interaction which leverages multiple sources within the firm, attempting to first solve the issue itself and if not asking relevant questions to the user.

We apply Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning algorithms to match a query with a solution, attempting to automate menial and monotonous tasks.

Speaker Bio

Niccolo graduated from Imperial College London in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in 2016, and joined the Graduate program the same summer in FICC Technology. The team focuses on working with traders and sales to help them with their day to day business and throughout deals. We are predominantly SecDb developers, but new business allows us to experiment with new technologies to better serve our clients.
