Our post and distribution service makes sending and receiving mail across campus easy:

Staff and students can send and receive internal and external mail and packages related to their work or study
Secure Amazon Lockers
Personal deliveries from Amazon can be directed to a variety of Amazon Lockers on select campuses
How to use our services

To receive mail, have it addressed to your campus location. Our team will ensure it reaches you or you can pick it up from your nearest Stores location.

To send mail, drop it off at your nearest collection point and we'll collect it throughout the day.

How to address your mail
All internal and external deliveries must contain:
- The receiver's name
- Department/section
- Building
- Floor
- Campus
Receiving mail
If everything was labelled properly, your mail should be delivered by the courier to one of our stores. Our team will distribute it to the drop-off spot nearest your location on their next round; alternatively, you can pick it up from us.
Sending mail
If you're sending external mail, please include your divisional/departmental franking code, as well as what service is required (i.e. first or second class); if no service is indicated, it will be posted as second class.
Our mail service must only be used for mail related to your work or study and not for personal use. If your mail is returned to Imperial and there is no indication of who sent it, we will have to dispose of it.
Please utilise the weight and size guide for all items. If you're sending something internationally, you must ensure all relevant customs requirements and duties are fulfilled.

There is no permanent post room at White City. If you're sending mail, you can leave your post at:

- School of Public Health (Level 1, Stadium House - Door A)
- Advanced Hackspace (Level 1 - Door B)
