The City and Guilds College Association Annual General Meeting will be held in the Read Lecture Theatre in the Sherfield Building of Imperial’s South Kensington Campus on Wednesday 20 May 2009. Tea and biscuits will be available from 17.00, and the AGM commences at 17.30.
The proceedings include the retiring President’s report on the past year and the election of the committee for the year ahead.
The new President then oversees the rest of the evening; a brief ceremony in recognition of student colours winners will follow and a guest speaker will be introduced. The talk may be engineering-orientated but could be anything with broad appeal. The venue for the President’s Evening is to be confirmed.
