Join us for an institutional send-off event that will recognise the impact Caz Ulley has had on EDI work being done across College, and specifically to advance the inclusion of LGBTQ+ students and staff in all aspects of College.

The event will also provide a forum for all those who have worked with Caz over these past few years in her role as Co-Chair of Imperial 600 to share some of their favourite stories, to be able to thank her for her efforts and provide encouragement to Caz as she focuses on her newly confirmed role at Imperial and other future endeavours.

Agenda for the Lunchtime Send-Off Event

12:00 – 12:05 | Introduction and overview of event agenda with Cynthia So, Coordinator at the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Centre – EDIC.

12:05 – 12:15 | Overview of advances in EDI at College, and the advancement of support for LGBT staff and students with Ian Walmsley, Provost of Imperial College

12:15 – 12:20 | Word of Congratulations and Introduction from Imperial 600’s new Executive Sponsor, Nick Jennings, Vice-Provost (Research and Enterprise) at Imperial College.

12:20 – 12:30 | Historic review of all that Caz and past/current Co-Chair’s have achieved with Kani Karama, Head of EDIC

12:30 – 12:40 | Overview of road ahead for Imperial 600 with Joël McConnell, Co-Chair of Imperial 600 and Executive Director at Imperial College Business School

12:40 – 12:50 | Wrap-up video and other messages from colleagues and Imperial 600 members.

Caz likes to work behind the scenes, but if we’re lucky, we’ll be able to get her to say a few words too, so expect to hear from her as well at this event.
