Hosted by Imperial Marketing Professional Interest Network, we are delighted to be joined by Finn Lagun Co-Founder & CMO of the fresh pasta company Pasta Evangelists.

Finn leads the Pasta Evangelists marketing, brand and e-commerce teams, and has overseen expansion in sales at the company from £69,000 in 2017, when the company started trading, to almost £11m in 2021. He previously worked at Amazon and Zipjet, an on-demand laundry venture by Rocket Internet, the Berlin-based startup incubator.

He will be covering a range of topics including customer acquisition and retention strategies, the innovative application of a subscription model and Pasta Evangelists’ recent takeover by Italy’s Barilla Group which Sky News described as “a triumph for British entrepreneurship”.

Tess Douek (MSc Management 2007), Head of B2B Events Marketing, Future Plc will chair the conversation.

The Marketing Professional Interest Network is led by a committee of Imperial alumni, and it provides a platform for alumni and friends to come together to actively discuss best practice in marketing and share industry knowledge, as well as building professional networks.
