One of the most important tools to develop mindfulness is to be aware of what’s going on in our bodies. The body scan provides a very simple meditation technique that will help us develop awareness and improve our wellbeing thanks to that. 

The mindful movement at the beginning of the session will contribute to a sense of grounding, and bring us into the present moment by paying attention to the experience of gentle movement in our bodies.

Bring comfy clothes to move and sit freely. We will bring cushions, blankets and mats to be able to lie down if that is comfortable for you.
