Mental Health Awareness Week

All women will experience the menopause during their life and there are lots of lifestyle changes we can make to help our bodies prepare for and during the menopause. Join Karen to learn more about the menopause, common symptoms, role of exercise in managing symptoms and the impacts on our mental health. This session is not just for women, it’s for everyone to learn more about the menopause. There will also be practical tips for everyone to take away when supporting others who are going through the menopause.
