  • Mr Harry Tustin
    Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon, North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust 

    “3D Printing of Ear Bones and New Hearing Devices”
    Harry is an ENT surgeon at NCIC whose work includes 3D-printed temporal bones to support the planning of complex ear surgery. He has also been recognised for work on a new conduction aid for glue ear, so his talk will show how bioengineering can support both surgical care and hearing treatment.

  • Professor Rylie Green
    Professor and Head of the Department of Bioengineering, Imperial College London

    “Application of Bionic Devices in Healthcare”
    Rylie leads research on advanced materials and bioelectronic devices designed to work more effectively with the body. Her work includes neuroprosthetics, bioelectronics and regenerative medicine, helping turn engineering ideas into technologies that could improve treatment and patient care.
