Dr. Shenglong Zhou is a Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. He was a Research Fellow from 2017 to 2020 and a Teaching Fellow from 2020 to 2021 at the University of Southampton.
He received his B.Sc. Degree in Information and Computing Science in 2011 and M.Sc. Degree in Operational Research in 2014 both from Beijing Jiaotong University, China, and his Ph.D. degree in Operational Research in 2018 from the University of Southampton, UK.
His research interests include the theory and methods of optimization in the fields of the Sparse, Low-rank Matrix, and Bilevel Optimization with applications into Communications, Signal Processing, and Machine Learning.

Dr. Huynh Nguyen Van received the B.E. Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in 2016 and the Ph.D. Degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia in 2021.
He is currently a Research Associate in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.
His research interests include wireless-powered communications, cybersecurity, and applications of machine learning for wireless communications. He received several awards from Google, UTS, and IEEE ComSoc.

Bowen Zhang is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London under the supervision of Professor Geoffrey Ye Li since July 2021.
He received his B.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2018 and M.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication and Information System in 2021 both from Beijing Jiaotong University, China.
His research interests include the theory and application of machine learning for compressive sensing, wireless communication, and computer science.

Kaidi Xu is a PhD student in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London under the supervision of Professor Geoffrey Ye Li since July 2021.
He received the B.Sc. Degree in 2018 in Information and Communication Engineering and the M.S. Degree in 2021 in Information and Communication Engineering both from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China.
His research interests include multiple agent reinforcement learning for wireless communications, algorithm design and analysis for millimeter-wave cellular communications and physical layer security.

Shixiong Wang received the B.Eng. degree in detection, guidance, and control technology, the M.Eng. degree in systems and control engineering from the School of Electronics and Information, Northwestern Polytechnical University, China, in 2016 and 2018, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering and Management, the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 2022. He had been a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Intelligent Transmission and Processing Laboratory, Imperial College London, London, U.K., from May 2023 to Feb. 2026. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Institute of Data Science, National University of Singapore, Singapore, from March 2022 to March 2023. His research interests include statistics and optimization theories with applications in signal processing (especially optimal estimation theory), machine learning (especially generalization error theory), and control technology.
