Jingzhi Hu received his B.S. degree at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and his Ph.D. degree at the School of Electronics at Peking University, in 2017 and 2022, respectively.

He is currently a postdoctoral research associate in Intelligent Transmission and Processing Laboratory (ITP Lab) at Imperial College London. Before joining ITP Lab, he worked as a research fellow at the College of Computing and Data Science, Nanyang Technological University.

His main research interests are semantic communications, machine learning, Wi-Fi sensing systems, and wireless sensing techniques for the Internet of Things. As the lead author, he has published twelve papers in prestigious IEEE journals, including JSAC, TWC, and TCOM, and have presentation in seven flagship conference proceedings such as ACM Mobicom, IEEE GlobeCom, and ICC. He is frequently invited to review for IEEE TWC, TCOM, TVT, and IOTJ, and has served as a TPC member for IEEE/CIC ICCC’17 and 18, and GlobeCom’24.

Ouya Wang

Ouya (Tracy) Wang received the B.Eng. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester in 2020, the M.Sc. Degree in Applied Machine Learning from Imperial College London in 2021, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, UK, in 2026.

He is currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate with the Intelligent Transmission and Processing Laboratory.

His research interests include machine learning-related optimization and deep learning application in signal processing.
