Research Fellow, Imperial Business SchoolPernille Holtedahl has over 25 years of international experience in climate finance and sustainable development. Her expertise lies in green finance, green bonds, investor trends, and public-private financing of nature-based solutions, as well as conservation finance and how to monetise environmental benefits and increase private investment in conservation.
Anastasiya Ostrovnaya
Senior Teaching Fellow, Imperial Business SchoolAnastasiya Ostrovnaya is a Senior Research/ Teaching Fellow at the Centre for Climate Finance & Investment, Imperial Business School, where she researches the climate-related risks faced by financial institutions and investors. She also teaches courses on risk management. Prior to joining Imperial London, Dr Ostrovnaya worked for over 10 years as a credit trader at a global investment bank.
Iva Koci
Teaching Fellow, Imperial Business SchoolIva Koci is a postdoctoral researcher specialising in sustainable finance. Her research investigates how institutional investors convey environmental and social preferences to their holding organisaitons. She previously worked in business consultancy at Deloitte, and is also affiliated with the Centre for Climate Finance & Investment at Imperial London.
Michael Wilkins
Executive Director and Professor of Practice, Imperial Business SchoolMichael Wilkins is Executive Director and Professor of Practice at the Centre for Climate Finance & Investment at Imperial Business School. Until recently, he was a Senior Research Fellow for Sustainable Finance at S&P Global Ratings, and a Visiting Lecturer in Sustainable Finance at Cambridge University Judge Business School. He is a senior sustainable finance professional with 28 years of experience in sustainable finance, corporate and infrastructure credit analysis, project finance, structures finance, and carbon markets.
Livio Scalvini
Executive Director of the Leonardo Centre on Business for SocietyWith 25 years of international experience in sustainability, entrepreneurship, innovation, social impact, venture and corporate venture capital, strategy, marketing, and investment banking, Livio Scalvini is Executive Director of the Leonardo Centre on Business for Society. He is also cofounder of the GOLDEN for Impact Foundation and CEO of the GOLDEN for Impact Benefit Corp. He holds a degree in economics and business administration, and a Master's degree in macroeconomics and international finance from Universita degli Studi di Torino. Livio has held managerial positions and helped accelerate 1200 startups, advised large corporations on open innovation and stakeholder integration, and built tech-matchmaking platforms for more than ten thousand SMEs.

Maurizio Zollo
Scientific Director of the School's Leonardo Centre on Business for SocietyHis research aims to understand how business organisations learn to grow and adapt to environmental turbulence and how managers can guide these evolutionary processes. His research has been published in several leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, the Academy of Management Review and the Strategic Management Journal. His work has been covered in mainstream publications including Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal. Professor Zollo is Editor-in-Chief of Organization & Environment and a past editor of the European Management Review. He served for a decade on the Executive Committee of the Academy of Business in Society, which he helped establish in 2002.

Frank Brueck
Leadership Lab LeadFrank Brueck has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant, trainer, lecturer and researcher in the fields of CSR and sustainability, cultural change, cross-cultural management, team building and leadership development. Frank cofounded the GOLDEN for Impact Foundation and is a founding member of the International Association for Cross-cultural Competence and Management. His research focuses on the methodologies of CSR, cultural comparison, value-based management, sustainability and intercultural management and training. Frank holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria.
