We provide support for the design and development of blended learning content for on-campus undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the Faculty of Medicine. We help with large digital education projects such as blended transformation of entire module or programme curricula, as well as digital enhancement of teaching sessions and design and development of assets such as videos, podcasts and interactive activities. 

The DEO team of experienced learning designers and learning technologists provide content review and practical advice on redesigning materials and creating assets in a way that helps learners acquire knowledge and skills more effectively in line with the best pedagogical practices, methodologies and standards. This is done by:

• creating opportunities for learners ot engage with the content rather than just passively receive it;
• making sure there is sufficient alignment between learning outcomes, assessments and content;
• helping you design and create assets to digitally enhance your materials;
• recommending appropriate tools and providing help and/or training where needed.
